About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, growth-minded Regional Scaffold Sales Representative to spearhead our capital equipment sales across the Southwest region, operating directly out of Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will focus strictly on high-volume B2B asset procurement and material sales, selling premium scaffolding equipment directly to industrial and commercial scaffold specialty contractors throughout Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

This is a pure sales role (no equipment rentals). You will build deep relationships with the Southwest's top scaffold suppliers, erection companies, and industrial contractors, helping them purchase and expand their permanent fleets with premier access systems.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Capital & Material Sales: Prospect, pitch, and secure high-volume scaffolding material purchase contracts with commercial and industrial scaffolding companies across the Southwest.

Territory Expansion: Conduct targeted field travel from your Phoenix base to major industrial hubs, infrastructure projects, and commercial developments across the region to secure new fleet buyers.

Technical Estimating: Analyze major industrial and commercial blueprints to perform accurate material take-offs and design safe, high-capacity scaffolding solutions for purchase orders.

Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional scaffolding contractors, managing long-term inventory needs, supply forecasting, and capital equipment budgets.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure prompt delivery of major material shipments to local contractor yards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience specifically selling to or working within commercial and industrial scaffolding markets.

Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial scaffolding systems (e.g., Ringlock/system scaffold, Cuplock, and tube & clamp, etc.).

Regional Travel: Must reside in the Phoenix area and be willing to travel regionally to cover the broader Southwest territory.

Blueprint Literacy: Proven capability to read commercial architectural/structural drawings and accurately calculate material lists.

Clean Driving Record: Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean record for territory travel.

• Contract Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-dollar capital equipment and asset purchases.

$60K - $100K Base Salary paired with an uncapped commission structure tied directly to regional territory sales revenue.
