LEGO Brand Retail strives to foster relationships with our guests and team members that transcend generations and are as timeless as the products we sell.· Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment· Delivery of Employee training, facilitating meetings, and delivering feedback· Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, and/or microphones· Ability to drive top line sales through effective floor leadership and people development· Execute effective floor leadership· Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing· Point of sale automated systems· Ensure stores goals are achieved through smart actions and strategic planning· Elevate the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising· Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
