Senior QA Automation Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Review application code to enhance testability and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Analyze, debug, and identify root causes of issues across test and production environments.
• Collaborate effectively with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers to streamline testing processes.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 5-6 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester.
• Proficiency in automation using Robot Framework and Python.
• Extensive experience in API testing and validation.
• Proven expertise in database testing using SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and test management using Azure DevOps.
