Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Meet business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment. Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor. Collaborative, team-oriented leadership approach. Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management. Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent business experience. Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience. Coaching and training experience. Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to be highly productive for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
