We are seeking a reliable, organized, and confident Front Desk Attendant / Receptionist who will serve as the first and last point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa and creating a seamless, professional, and nurturing experience for every guest. Description Greet and check in guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and changes using our software (Boulevard) Answer phones, return voicemails, and handle email inquiries in a timely, courteous manner Learn and confidently deliver front desk scripts for services and product recommendations Support colon hydrotherapists and other service providers by preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and managing flow Handle guest check-out, rebooking, and retail sales with attention to detail Maintain a clean, calming, and organized reception and lobby space Promote services, packages, and wellness products to help guests meet their health and beauty goals Follow spa procedures for opening, closing, and front desk operations ✅ Qualifications & Skills Previous front desk, customer service, or receptionist experience required (spa, salon, or wellness setting preferred) Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette Confidence in upselling services and retail with a guest-first approach Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor Comfortable using spa/salon scheduling and POS software Quick learner with excellent memory for scripts, policies, and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Vivowellnesscenter
