We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Key Duties Include Assessing patients' physical conditions and medical histories Designing and adjusting therapy programs based on individual needs Providing hands‑on therapy techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises Educating patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations Required skills include strong communication, critical thinking, empathy, and attention to detail.
