Wire EDM - Machinist
Machinist:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- WEDM with assist for program setup
- Hole Pop with assist for program setup
- Monitor and improve process efficiencies.
- Assist with root cause analysis and defect reduction.
- Ensure all processes meet quality and safety standards.
- Assist with machine troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
- Maintain autonomous maintenance schedule.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience.
- Expert in precision machining and tolerances below.0005.
- Experience writing G and M Codes (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T.
