Registered Nurse (RN)This position requires a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care within a healthcare setting. The role involves working with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care is delivered.Ocala, FLThis multi-campus healthcare facility features multiple locations within the region, providing a range of services including trauma, stroke, bariatric surgery, orthopedic care, robotic surgery, cardiac and vascular services, emergency care, neurological services, and rehabilitation. The facility is recognized as a Level I Trauma Center and includes several specialty practices and outpatient facilities.Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts.Active Registered Nurse license.A minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.Strong clinical and assessment skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required for specific areas.This position may involve evening and overnight shifts, requiring flexibility to meet the needs of the healthcare facility.
