Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics maintains a driver-centered culture serving Bluefield, WV and surrounding markets. In the lease-purchase flatbed role you'll handle loading, tarping, and securement of flatbed freight, keep electronic logs up to date, and run assigned regional routes with professionalism and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and report defects.
• Secure loads using chains, binders and tarps; comply with DOT load securement standards.
• Communicate with dispatch, meet delivery windows, and maintain accurate trip records.

Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500-$10,000 and a lease-to-own option to obtain ownership within one year. Fleet includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment, a 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and consistent equipment inspections.
