Certified First Assistant - Orthopedic Surgery Schedule Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM Job Description We are seeking a Certified First Assistant with orthopedic experience, particularly in robotic‑assisted surgery. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality surgical assistance and support to the surgical team throughout procedures. Responsibilities Assist the surgical team during orthopedic procedures, implementing robotics expertise. Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with surgical protocols. Prepare and maintain the operating room and surgical instruments. Collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure optimal patient care. Document all appropriate surgical information as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current certification as a First Assistant. Demonstrated experience in orthopedic surgery. Robotics experience is highly preferred.
