Business Analyst

Help lead the charge in streamlining critical healthcare systems that impact thousands of lives. This isn't your average Business Analyst gig-it's a high-impact opportunity to work on fast-moving, tech-heavy projects that truly matter. You'll dive into meaningful work, mapping complex processes and partnering with top talent across the company.

C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Sponsorship is not provided and this person will not need to require sponsorship in the future.

Compensation

What You'll Be Doing

Leading business process analysis and creating detailed documentation.
Mapping complex end-to-end workflows using Lucid or Visio
Collaborating closely with development, QA, and product teams.
Supporting the Scrum team with clear requirements and timely feedback.
Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Reviewing functionality pre-release to ensure quality and alignment.
Driving user acceptance testing and production readiness activities.

What You'll Need to be Considered

Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-demand environment.
Experience mapping extremely large or complex processes.
Background in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
