Business Analyst

Help lead the charge in streamlining critical healthcare systems that impact thousands of lives. This isn't your average Business Analyst gig-it's a high-impact opportunity to work on fast-moving, tech-heavy projects that truly matter. You'll dive into meaningful work, mapping complex processes and partnering with top talent across the company.

- Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- $45/hr
- Leading business process analysis and creating detailed documentation.
- Mapping complex end-to-end workflows using Lucid or Visio
- Collaborating closely with development, QA, and product teams.
- Supporting the Scrum team with clear requirements and timely feedback.
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Reviewing functionality pre-release to ensure quality and alignment.
- Driving user acceptance testing and production readiness activities.
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-demand environment.
- Experience mapping extremely large or complex processes.
- Background in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
