Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles to ensure optimal safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose automotive malfunctions quickly and accurately.
Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, fluid flushes, and tire rotations.
Repair brake systems, suspensions, alignments, steering, and exhausts.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and engine diagnostic codes.
Inspect vehicles thoroughly and document needed repairs.
Explain mechanical issues and repair options to service advisors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop workstation.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience : Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech degree preferred.
Certifications : ASE certifications are highly desirable but not mandatory.
License : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Tools : Ownership of a standard set of automotive tools.
Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and physical stamina for lifting.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range : $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (Flat rate or hourly based on experience) .
SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AFTER 90 DAYS
Time Off : Paid time off (PTO)
Holidays off
Growth : Paid training and support for obtaining ASE certifications.
Use of the garage for side jobs
