Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

$37,280 annual salary + full benefits

Position Overview

The Behavioral Health Technician works directly with students with autism in a specialized school-based setting. You'll support behavioral, communication, social, and daily living skill development while using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct classroom support to students with autism

• Implement behavior support plans and IEP goals

• Track and document student progress

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with teachers, Behavior Consultants, and school staff

• Participate in ongoing supervision and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required

• Experience working with children preferred, but not required

• Interest in education, psychology, autism services, behavioral health, or human services

• Patient, dependable, structured, and team-oriented

• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances

No prior ABA experience required — training is provided.
