What You'll Do

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready units for new residents
• Perform basic maintenance repairs including painting, minor plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, and general upkeep
• Replace fixtures, hardware, appliances, and complete punch-list items
• Assist with grounds, curb appeal, and community upkeep as needed
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance concerns and complete work orders when needed
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
• Follow company safety standards and property policies

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous maintenance, make-ready, construction, handyman, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn apartment maintenance skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs, and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic hand tools preferred but not required
