What You'll Do

  • Perform patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver physical therapy treatments to meet patient goals
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
  • Record patient data accurately and comply with documentation standards
  • Assist in program development and ongoing service improvements
  • Tailor communication and treatment approaches to diverse patient populations
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards

What You Need

  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
    • Current physical therapy license in Louisiana
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
    • Proficiency with computers and healthcare software
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in a healthcare facility setting
    • Adaptability to flexible scheduling
