MODULE PRODUCTION TABBER TECHNICIAN

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Tabber Technician for our client in White, GA.

The Tabber Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing basic repairs on tabbing equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to following established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tabbing equipment to maintain production output and quality standards.

• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines and related components using tools and materials such as air guns, vacuums, cloths, hoses, and cleaning solutions.

• Respond to machine alarms, faults, and minor equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Escalate complex equipment problems to supervisors or maintenance technicians when necessary.

• Ensure products meet quality specifications and production requirements with minimal defects.

• Monitor equipment settings and notify leadership of any abnormalities or required adjustments.

• Assist equipment technicians with repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

• Support team operations by providing coverage during breaks and assisting in other work areas as needed.

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
