Role Description The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Conshohocken, PA. You will have the opportunity to sell New and used vehicles across the entire complex. This position is responsible for greeting and engaging customers, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable vehicle and lease options. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, explaining pricing and lease terms, preparing and reviewing lease agreements, and guiding customers through the purchase or leasing process. The consultant follows up with prospects and existing customers, supports resident and client retention through ongoing communication, and collaborates with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation and a smooth transaction. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, staying informed about current offers, and contributing to a professional and organized showroom environment. Qualifications Strong understanding of leases and lease administration, with the ability to clearly explain terms and options. Experience in resident or client retention, including follow-up practices that build long-term relationships. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Prior experience in sales, automotive retail, or a related customer-facing role is highly beneficial. Ability to work onsite full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to collaborate effectively within a team. Comfort using dealership or CRM software, basic office applications, and handling documentation with attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
