Complete trim carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration tasks as needed. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assignments on schedule. Apply expertise in construction and carpentry to solve problems on the job site and deliver clean, professional results. Maintain job site organization, safety standards, and quality control throughout each project. Communicate effectively with project managers and crew members to keep work moving. Requirements Minimum 3 years of renovation/remodel construction experience (preferred). Proven skills across multiple trades: trim carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration. Proficient with hand and power tools. Valid driver's license (required).
