About the Role:
Amazing Health LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC-T to join our growing team in Saint Paul, MN. - Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance use disorder treatment and recovery
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, medical staff, and community resources
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Support clients in developing coping strategies, relapse prevention plans, and life skills
- Active LADC licensure or ADC-T status in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in substance use disorder (SUD) counseling or a related behavioral health field
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care
- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Minnesota DHS regulations and compliance standards preferred
