We build long-lasting relationships.Texas Capital provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, fertility and family building aids, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans with a generous 401K match, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content setup, segmentation, testing, and deploymentCollaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Technology teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistencySupport the creation and maintenance of email templates, Cloud Pages, and subscription listsHelp monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insightsParticipate in A/B testing efforts (e.g., subject lines, content variations) to improve engagementAssist in quality assurance checks, including link validation, landing page accuracy, and tracking parametersHelp maintain deliverability standards and support list hygiene practicesStay informed on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) features and email marketing best practicesContribute to workflow improvements and documentationPerform additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as neededQualifications3-5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing preferredFamiliarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) is a plusBasic understanding of HTML and email design principlesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAnalytical mindset with interest in campaign performance and optimizationExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferredThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
