IT Programs Lead: Delivery, Strategy & Ops

Suntec Concrete is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own and consolidate the portfolio across infrastructure, BI/analytics, and application development. You will partner with CIO and directors to prioritize backlogs, run sprint cycles, and manage dependencies to keep programs on schedule. You will build a PM framework from scratch, select tooling, define project lifecycle, and ensure escalation paths are in place.
