Industrial Generator Technician Apprenticeship Built for Mid-Career Mechanics & Electricians Who Want More

At LionHeart, our 2-year apprenticeship is built for mechanics and electricians who want to level up into one of the highest-paid and most respected trades in critical power.
You’ll train side-by-side with experienced journeymen technicians working on industrial generators, transfer switches, and mission-critical power systems. This is real-world field training for people who thrive under pressure and want to become the technician everyone calls when the power goes down.
Top performers in this program are usually already top mechanics in their current shop and are looking for a bigger challenge.
