Full Cycle Counter – Manufacturing 

Position Summary:
The Full Cycle Counter performs routine inventory counts throughout the manufacturing facility, including raw materials, components, work-in-process materials, and finished products. This position works closely with Warehouse, Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Inventory Control teams to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory.
• Count and verify raw materials, components, packaging, and finished products.
• Compare physical inventory counts with system records.
• Investigate and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Research inventory variances and report findings to supervisors or Inventory Control.
• Enter and update inventory information accurately in the computer system.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, locations, and lot numbers.
• Conduct recounts when discrepancies are identified.
• Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records.
• Work with warehouse and production teams to locate and verify materials.
• Follow inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory locations.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling inventory information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or cycle counting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read product labels, part numbers, and inventory information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify potential causes.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials as required.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience may be preferred depending on the facility.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
