Annual Report Compliance Analyst

Annual Report Compliance Analyst (Analyst II) Department: Department of Consumer Affairs, Classification: JC-518267. Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month. The Analyst II is responsible for coordinating activities associated with reviewing the Annual Reports (AR) and School Performance Fact Sheets (SPFS) submitted by private postsecondary institutions, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. This includes validating data, identifying discrepancies or trends, applying analytical tools such as Excel or PowerBI, and communicating findings or recommendations to stakeholders. Working Conditions The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting. A remote‑centered (more than 50% telework) flexible schedule may be available for this position. The position is headquartered in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must reside in California upon hire. Minimum Requirements Minimum requirements are described in the Classification Specification.
