We hope that you are the person to join our team.The Senior IT Technician accomplishes IT objectives by assisting in the planning, organizing, and supervision of IT Technicians and by ensuring the smooth operation of the facility's computer systems.Assists in overseeing the completion and documentation of all assigned day-to-day activitiesProvides assistance and instruction to IT personnel in the execution of their assignmentsProvides second-level and advanced support for all systems including software and hardware for all platforms, problem determination/isolation, analyzing problem data, performing data analysis, documenting findings, etc.Installs new hardware, such as personal computers, printers, servers, phones, etc.Installs and troubleshoots company approved software and web applications by utilizing general IT knowledge and problem-solving skills to respond to service requestsEnsures that all service requests are handled or escalated in a timely mannerMaintains supported systems as required, including running backups, editing system data, running reports, etc.Captures and deploys standardized workstation configurations and maintains PCs to current configuration levelsCreates and maintains end-user accounts and permissions as required, providing desktop supportEducates users to reduce recurring issues by offering solutions to problems in a proactive mannerTrains IT Technicians on various systems or processes as neededEnsures confidentiality of property data and security while maintaining compliance with regulationsPerforms other duties as assignedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and managementAbility to respond to common inquiries, complaints, or service requests in a timely and efficient mannerStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterpersonal and customer service skillsDemonstrated working knowledge of software and web applications as well as system hardwareBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fieldThree to five years of work experience in information technology or related fieldMust obtain valid gaming license, where applicableWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
