Credit Union Banker / Member Service Representative - EXP REQ! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A BANK OR CREDIT UNION PERFORMING TELLER TRANSACTIONS TO APPLY! We are currently seeking an experienced Banker / Member Service Representative for a credit union located in Los Angeles, CA. Type: Full-time, Temporary with possible Temp-to-Hire Pay: $21/hr Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm Responsibilities: Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services and make referrals. Deliver outstanding client service (in-person/over-the-phone) by executing financial transactions in accordance with credit union policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable record in daily drawer balancing. Resolve account service issues and respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively. Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets. Drive efforts in the branch to identify and implement a positive overall client experience. Deepen client relationships by effectively executing all services and referring bank products while achieving goals through daily sales activities and branch sales promotions. Assisting with special operation projects as needed. Requirements: 1 year of teller experience within a credit union or bank required! High School Diploma or GED Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate communication and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skill #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
