Endoscopy Technician

What We Offer
Location: Huntersville Medical Center
Shift/Hours: FULLTIME, 6:30a-5p with call requirements
Two years endoscopy or healthcare experience, highly preferred.
An Endoscopy Technologist, under the direction of Physicians and Registered Nurses, assists with patient care and related services. The technologist must have the ability to assist with care of the adult and pediatric population.
What We're Looking For
Education: High School or GED, required.
Experience: Two years endoscopy experience, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Endoscopy Technician Certification, preferred. Endoscopy Technician Certification within one year of hire, preferred.
Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient (s) age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs.
Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Knowledge of medical terminology.
