Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to an impactful contract role supporting schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. Two temporary openings are available for dedicated BCBAs to provide essential services during maternity leaves. In this fully onsite position, you’ll collaborate with educators, students, and parents to craft and implement effective behavior interventions that make a meaningful difference.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California credential with Board Certified Behavior Analyst Authorization
- Demonstrated experience working in educational settings, particularly within public schools
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience developing and leading behavioral intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to partner with school teams, families, and students effectively
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans for students across a diverse caseload
- Oversee behavior intervention implementation and provide ongoing support to school staff
- Collect and interpret student behavioral data to drive decision-making and measure progress
- Offer training and consultation to teachers and staff regarding ABA strategies and best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
This opportunity features a 37.5-hour workweek starting August 5, 2026, with assignment details to be finalized upon supervisor onboarding. You’ll step into a role that allows you to maximize your clinical skills while supporting educational communities in need.
