Job Title: Guidewire BillingCenter QA Engineer / Senior QA Analyst Experience: 5–10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter QA Engineer to validate and ensure the quality of BillingCenter implementations, integrations, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Guidewire BillingCenter testing , insurance domain knowledge, functional and integration testing, and exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Functional Testing Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Accounts & Policies Billing Instructions Payment Plans Invoicing Delinquency Processing Collections Write-offs Refunds Commission Processing Integration Testing Validate integrations between: PolicyCenter ClaimCenter Payment Gateways Third-Party Services Perform API and Web Service testing (REST/SOAP). Test Automation Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Execute regression suites using automation frameworks. Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/ALM. Collaborate with developers and business analysts for defect resolution. Conduct root cause analysis. Data Validation Verify billing transactions and financial calculations. Validate premium calculations and payment processing. UAT Support Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate with business users and stakeholders. Provide test execution reports and quality metrics. Required Skills 3+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter testing experience. Strong understanding of: BillingCenter Architecture Account Management Payment Plans Delinquency & Collections Producer Commissions Insurance Domain Knowledge Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Policy Lifecycle Billing and Premium Management Underwriting and Claims Process Testing Skills Functional Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End Testing Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Technical Skills SQL Database Testing API Testing using Postman/SoapUI REST/SOAP Services XML/JSON Validation Test Management Tools JIRA HP ALM / Quality Center Preferred Skills ReadyAPI / Postman Jenkins CI/CD Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of QA Testing experience. 3+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter testing experience.
