Electrical Specialist

This position is not a Senior Electrical Engineer role. Instead, the Electrical Superintendent will serve as a key bridge between the engineering team and the hourly electrical workforce, providing leadership, direction, and coordination for electrical craft personnel in the field. The ideal candidate will have: Strong electrical construction and/or maintenance experience, including both power distribution ("big wire") and controls/instrumentation ("small wire") Proven experience leading, supervising, and managing hourly electrical employees The ability to communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders A solid understanding of electrical systems and field execution An engineering degree is not required. Hands-on electrical experience combined with strong leadership and supervisory skills is the primary focus for this role.
