Job Description
Join a well-respected hospital in Cape Coral, FL, for a 13-week contract working in the Ortho/General Surgical PCU on a 12-hour night shift. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a 40-bed unit with flexible staffing ratios depending on patient acuity. The hospital values collaborative professionals who are adaptable and ready to float to other campuses when needed.
