Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Description Seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with 2–3+ years of experience in a personal injury or civil litigation law firm. The ideal candidate will support attorneys by drafting legal documents, managing discovery, preparing trial materials, and maintaining organized case files in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Draft and respond to discovery requests. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. Review discovery responses and prepare summaries. Prepare deposition binders and trial documents. Assist with trial preparation and legal research. Communicate with clients and ensure case deadlines are met. Maintain organized case files and support attorneys throughout litigation. Qualifications Paralegal Certificate required. 2–3+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience required. Strong experience drafting discovery. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency with legal document preparation and case management software. Ability to manage multiple cases independently and collaboratively.
