One of our clients is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS/ROLE TYPE Full-Scheduled Role | 35-40 hours/week | Earn up to $70/hour School-Based SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides specialized services to support students’ communication development, including speech production, language skills, social communication, and functional communication. The SLP evaluates students’ needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with educators, families, and related service providers to support student access to the curriculum in compliance with Michigan Department of Education guidelines and federal regulations. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Michigan SpeechLanguage Pathologist license
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP) preferred
• Experience in pediatric or schoolbased settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Michigan schoolbased services and federal IDEA, Section 504, and ADA requirements
• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals and participate as a member of the IEP team
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs, including autism and developmental disabilities
