What Youll Do

• Execute prep and service with consistency, precision, and pride
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
• Communicate clearly with your teamespecially under pressure
• Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation
• Work closely with BOH and FOH to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Stay sharp and composed in a fast-paced, open kitchen

What You Bring

• Line experience preferred, but attitude and work ethic matter most
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy service
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every shift
