Airway Cleaners LLC proudly provides essential airport support services to airlines and terminals across the country. We’re seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our JFK Airport team. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and throughout the terminal Provide accurate information about flight times, gate changes, and airport services Support passengers using self-service kiosks and mobile check-in options Verify documentation and issue boarding passes Handle ticketing, upgrades, rebooking’s, and baggage check-ins Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism Make public announcements for flight updates and boarding instructions Coordinate with airline crews and ground staff to ensure smooth operations Uphold safety, security, and customer service standards Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Authorized to work in the U.S. One year of prior customer service experience required Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable record Able to read, write, and speak fluent English and Portuguese strongly preferred Proficient using iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices Able to pass a background check and drug test Available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Lift and move up to 70 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods Push, pull, bend, stretch, squat, and kneel as needed Operate in indoor/outdoor environments with varying noise levels Maintain full range of vision and hearing to ensure safety compliance Airway Cleaners LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
