Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Production Worker to join our team. The employee will be responsible for preparing pizza ingredients, assembling pizzas, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining food quality, and keeping the production area clean and organized.

• Prepare dough, sauces, cheese, meats, vegetables, and other pizza ingredients.
• Assemble pizzas according to recipes and company standards.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality.
• Portion ingredients accurately to control food costs and maintain consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Perform other duties related to pizza production as assigned. Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of food items for lunch and/or Special/Catered Events. 

• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.
