Silver Air is excited to announce an opening for a Lead GV Cabin Attendant, a role designed to elevate our Part 91 and Part 135 flight services through unmatched professionalism, commitment, and luxury. We're looking for candidates with at least 5-10 years of high-level executive assistant experience or similar, with a mix of Part 135/91 flight experience, to understand and navigate the high standards and complexities of our private jet chartered clients and aircraft owner. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a background in catering or hospitality, a nurturing yet decisive persona, and a professional appearance that embraces diversity and a worldly perspective. This position requires being based within a 1-2 hour drive from our headquarters in Van Nuys for operational efficiency. Additionally, candidates should be able to perform beyond traditional responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of cabin comfort and readiness, and demonstrating a commitment to safety, luxury, and impeccable service, which are the hallmarks of Silver Air's industry leadership.

Job Functions

• Provide exceptional customer service on Crew Part 91 and Silver Air Part 135 flights by proactively anticipating and meeting guests' needs before they arise.
• Clearly communicate the range of available amenities to guests, ensuring they understand how to utilize these features for an optimal in-flight experience.
• Exhibit a friendly and welcoming demeanor during guest interactions, ensuring a positive impression when greeting and bidding farewell to guests.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, ensuring all are in pristine condition and secure, and promptly communicate the status to the flight crew.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the aircraft interior before, during, and after flights, maintaining a comfortable and inviting environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and effectively collaborate with the flight crew to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the "Cabin Attendant Handbook," maintaining Silver Air's high standards of service and professionalism.
• Manage the ordering of catering and procurement of essential flight and guest necessities tailored to each flight, ensuring a personalized and high-quality in-flight experience.
• Keep the aircraft cabin fully stocked and meticulously organized according to Silver Air's exacting standards, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Prioritize safety and compliance in all actions and duties, ensuring that these critical aspects govern the management of in-flight activities.
• Provide assistance with the Initial Cabin Setup as needed, contributing to the readiness and excellence of the aircraft's interior for guests.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• A college degree is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing high-end food and beverage services, along with luxury service experiences tailored to the expectations of VVIP clients.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• A knack for resourceful problem-solving and the ability to address challenges innovatively.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong time management capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, display aesthetics, and service standards.
• An intuitive understanding of client needs, underpinned by outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling personalized service delivery.
• Commitment to maintaining an impeccable standard of personal presentation at all times.
