Job Description Accounting and Reconciliation of Study Abroad Programs Processes IEW awards, post student scholarships, and enrolls students in international insurance coverage (CISI). Serves as a backup for Accounting Specialist and Accountant III positions. Invoices departments for special international programs. Customer Service Answers phone/email/walk-in questions from students, parents, coworkers and other departments regarding Study Abroad program invoices. This includes financial aid disbursements, credits earned, program costs, accounts receivable discrepancies, tuition statement discrepancies, budgets, CISI coverage, and refunds. Florida Prepaid Invoices, reconciles and sends payments to Bursar for processing. Processes student invoices and deferments. Other Backup process deposits, reviews weekly CERT and CISI report for discrepancies. Reviews all UFIC transactions for Tier 1 reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy of documentation and adherence to UF guidelines for funding sources. P-Card reconciliation back up, responds to Salesforce emails. Other duties as assigned. Expected Salary $60,000 -$63,500 annually Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Preferred Knowledge of UF's Financial and Accounting System is desirable. Knowledge of Student Financial Aid. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and to work well with people.
