This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with proactive problem-solving and vendor oversight.Key Skills & ImpactFacility OperationsMaintain and troubleshoot building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, fire/security)Lead maintenance activities and respond quickly to operational issuesPreventive MaintenanceBuild and manage PM programs to reduce downtimeIdentify risks and drive continuous improvementVendor ManagementCoordinate contractors and service providersEnsure work is completed safely, on time, and to standardSafety & ComplianceSupport OSHA and building code complianceManage inspections, permits, and documentationPlanning & Problem SolvingPrioritize issues in a fast-paced environmentImplement long-term fixes—not just short-term solutionsAdministrative OversightTrack expenses, contracts, and service recordsProvide clear updates to the Plant ManagerQualificationsRequired5+ years in facilities maintenance or building operations (manufacturing preferred)Strong knowledge of industrial systems and utilitiesExperience managing vendors and contractorsHands-on, independent problem solverPreferredTechnical certification or associate degreeBudgeting or expense tracking experiencePhysical RequirementsAble to walk, lift, climb, and access mechanical spacesAvailable for occasional after-hours or emergency supportWhy Join TriangleYou’ll play a critical role in keeping Triangle Package Machinery running smoothly.
