About the Role:

Join Everything On The Spectrum LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Huntsville, AL, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a dedicated team in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plan development.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.

Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.

Requirements:

Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate and patient demeanor to support client needs.

Flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology or related field is a plus.
