Ambassador | Part-Time Vista at Montaine | Castle Rock, Colorado $20/hour Hiring range based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Additional availability for occasional community events is preferred and will be scheduled as needed. We're looking for an Ambassador to join our team at Vista at Montaine, a premier resort-style master-planned community in Castle Rock, Colorado, where breathtaking views, thoughtfully designed amenities, and outdoor adventure come together to create an exceptional resident experience. In this role, you'll serve as the face of the community (similar to a front desk associate, concierge, or customer service representative) providing a welcoming experience for residents and guests while supporting amenities, events, programs, and day-to-day community operations. Highlights Include: Part-time schedule Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and stakeholders Engaging, community-focused work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative team culture built on connection and purpose The opportunity to make a visible impact in the community you serve What You'll Do Serve as the Face of the Community Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors Answer questions, provide assistance, and respond to resident needs with professionalism and care Conduct tours of community amenities and programs Promote upcoming events, classes, clubs, and activities Support Community Events & Programs Assist with community events, activities, and resident engagement programs Help with event setup, execution, and cleanup Encourage participation and help create positive experiences for residents Support Amenity Operations Monitor amenity spaces, grounds, and recreational areas to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment Assist residents utilizing community facilities and rental spaces Perform light cleanup, reset furniture, and maintain the appearance of amenity areas Submit and follow up on maintenance requests as needed Provide Administrative Support Update community calendars, bulletin boards, and displays Assist with data entry, inventory management, reporting, and other administrative tasks Support daily community operations as needed What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, events, sales, or a related field Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Passion for creating positive experiences and serving others Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm Additional Requirements This is a part-time onsite position based within the Vista at Montaine community Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. is required Additional availability for occasional community events is preferred Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds No guaranteed minimum weekly hours Equal Opportunity Employer Cohere is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all team members are valued and respected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
