Family & Shelter Advocate

Mary’s Place Seattle seeks a Family & Shelter Advocate to support families experiencing homelessness in our emergency shelters. In this role, you’ll provide trauma-informed advocacy, case management, and crisis response, helping parents and children move from crisis to stability and housing. You will conduct intakes, develop service plans, connect families to housing, employment, and benefits, and coordinate care with community partners. Ideal candidates bring cultural humility, strong communication skills, and experience in social services or shelter settings within an equity-focused, collaborative team.
