Description

AP Clerk

Responsible for processing invoices, entering data, matching invoices to purchase orders, and assisting with accounts payable records. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and computer systems.

AP Clerk Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Process invoices and enter accounts payable information accurately.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized AP records and assist with filing and data entry.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.

AP Clerk Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; accounting software experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff.
