THE TEAM & THE MISSION

You'll work alongside our mitigation team, Project Managers, Operations Manager, office staff, and leadership.

Your mission is simple:

SHOW UP. TAKE OWNERSHIP. HELP RESTORE WHAT WAS LOST. You'll enter situations that can feel overwhelming to a customer and help bring order back to the chaos.

Your work protects property, prevents additional damage, and helps families and businesses move forward.

This isn't an easy indoor job.

You'll work around water damage, demolition, damaged buildings, crawlspaces, equipment, debris, and sometimes unpleasant environments.

You'll carry equipment. Move contents. Remove damaged materials. Clean. Document. Learn. And work as part of a team.

Some days will be physically demanding.

THE ROLEMITIGATION TECHNICIAN

The Mitigation Technician is one of the people our customers remember.

You'll respond to water, fire, smoke, mold, sewage, and other property-loss situations and help perform the work necessary to stabilize, clean, dry, and prepare properties for restoration.

You'll work with professional restoration equipment, learn industry-standard procedures, document your work, communicate with your team, and help ensure every project is handled safely and professionally.

Experience is valuable. Character, work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
