Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our on-site team in San Diego. In this role, you will work closely with a local law firm to design, oversee, and implement secure and scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to legal operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, ensuring that Salesforce technology supports compliance, case management, and client relationship needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Salesforce architecture strategy , ensuring alignment with the firm’s legal and compliance requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and legal-specific use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Architect and oversee integrations with third-party legal, billing, and document management systems .
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable solutions.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance standards are met across all Salesforce implementations.
• Conduct solution design sessions, code reviews, and governance oversight to maintain high-quality delivery.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new capabilities to optimize firm operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative development .
• Proven track record designing and leading enterprise Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience within professional services or legal/financial environments preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks .
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in San Diego full-time.
