Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Lewis Center where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Join a busy warehouse team where no two days are the same. You'll help receive shipments, prepare customer orders, load and unload trucks, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. This role is ideal for a dependable, team-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn new skills.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within a Microsoft-based system
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming freight
• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for UPS and LTL shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist walk-in customers and take orders in person or over the phone
• Process customer and vendor returns
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Pick up materials from local vendors as needed
• Learn industry-specific warehouse tasks, including cutting wire and material handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
• Work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including hot and cold temperatures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
