We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager or Senior Manager (level based on experience) to join our Finance organization and play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, profitability, and client value initiatives across the firm. This is a high-impact, business-professional opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and collaboration with senior leadership.

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager or Senior Manager (level based on experience) to join our Finance organization and play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, profitability, and client value initiatives across the firm. This is a high-impact, business-professional opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and collaboration with senior leadership.

What You'll Do
- Partner with attorneys and practice leaders to develop strategic pricing approaches and alternative fee arrangements, including hourly, fixed, capped, phased, hybrid, contingency, and success-based structures
- Build matter budgets and financial pricing models for proposals, RFPs, and significant client engagements
- Translate staffing assumptions, scope, and complexity into actionable pricing recommendations and financial plans
- Analyze profitability, realization, and execution risk through scenario and sensitivity modeling
- Monitor pricing performance and explain key financial variances to stakeholders
- Utilize historical data and market benchmarks to support value-based pricing discussions and strategic recommendations
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into pricing performance and revenue risk indicators
- Drive adoption of pricing best practices through collaboration, coaching, and consistent matter planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, Practice Management, and Client Development teams to support governance, approvals, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Relevant experience in legal pricing, law firm finance, practice management, or professional services pricing
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of law firm economics, billing structures, and alternative fee arrangements
- Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred as a JD-advantage credential
- Base salary expected to range from $145,000-$170,000 , depending on experience and level
- Bonus eligible
