Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa – Commerce Township is looking for a full time, experienced front desk sales associate.

We're looking for a motivated, sales-driven individual who's ready to build a long-term career with a growing team. This position starts part-time , with the opportunity to transition into full-time hours in September/October, possibly sooner . If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a goal-oriented environment, and want a position with room to grow, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with guests and recommend memberships and spa services
• Meet and exceed sales goals through exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
• Create a welcoming experience that keeps clients coming back
• Support daily spa operations and work as part of a high-performing team

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience required
• Spa experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
