Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience working as an OT in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Comfortable conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities when facing changing caseloads or student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Perform thorough evaluations and collaborate in developing functional, measurable goals
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative support to students and staff
• Record progress, write reports, and maintain compliance with all required documentation
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and offer recommendations for student success
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress
