We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and corporate environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional project governance skills, and hands-on experience managing cloud, security, and compliance-driven projects. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for MSP service initiatives, including cloud migrations, security programs, and compliance efforts Manage projects related to Microsoft Azure, infrastructure modernization, and managed cloud services Coordinate and support SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and vendors Track risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation Facilitate project meetings and executive status updates Required Technical Knowledge & Experience Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance Familiarity with ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR (as applicable) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications Microsoft Azure certifications ITIL or security/compliance certifications Must successfully complete and clear the company’s comprehensive background screening process as a condition of employment What we offer Exclusive Team Member Travel Discounts Affordable Medical Insurance 100% Employer Paid Dental and Vision Insurance HSA with Company Contribution 401(k) Basic and Voluntary Life & AD&D Pet Benefits Covered Parking Amazing Culture!
